Can a mixer get down my Kileleshwa street?

Frequently the width is fine and the turning circle is not. A loaded truck mixer needs somewhere to turn or a route that lets it leave forwards, and reversing a hundred metres down a Laikipia Road bend past parked vehicles is not it. We drive the approach before quoting so the answer is known rather than tested on the day.
