Can a concrete truck reach my house in Karen?

Usually, and the plot is rarely the problem. What stops us is the gate culvert, which on most Karen properties was built to carry a saloon car and has never been assessed for a loaded mixer. We look at it before the pour is booked. Where it will not take the load we pump from the road, which is a planned cost rather than a wasted delivery.

Does the rainy season affect delivery here?

Materially, yes. The private sections of Karen approaches are murram, and after sustained rain they will not carry a loaded truck. We either bring smaller loads more often, which costs more per cubic metre, or pump from a hard standing point. Both work. Deciding on the day does not.
